Thousands of jobs. The bright ones, found.

Every job, measured against you.

JobVega’s AI screens every new opening at hundreds of employers from San Francisco to Silicon Valley against your résumé, then reads the promising ones in full, one requirement at a time. You get the roles you can actually land, ranked and explained, and what it’s like to work at each company. Your own AI assistant is welcome to all of it.

Job search has a reading problem.

There are more postings than anyone can read, and the title tells you almost nothing.

  • Titles mislead.

“Program Manager” can mean five different jobs. The one you’d be perfect for may be called something you’d never search for.

  • The deal-breaker hides in paragraph four.

You learn the role needs eight years in medical-device regulation after you’ve read the whole thing, or after you’ve applied.

  • The good ones go fast.

Roles worth having fill up with applicants while you’re stuck in meetings.

Two ways people use JobVega

Pick the one that sounds like your week.

A focused person at a café table moves a few marked cards out of a tall stack.

“I need a job. Now.”

You’re applying every day and every hour counts. JobVega hands you a ranked shortlist of roles you actually qualify for, fresh enough to apply on day one. Your time goes into applications that can land, not into reading posts that were never a fit.

For active searchers
A person chats with colleagues while their phone glows softly on the table.

“I have a job. I’d move for the right one.”

You’re not scrolling job boards between meetings, and you shouldn’t have to. Set JobVega up once. It screens every new posting in the background and emails you only when the full analysis shows a role clears your bar. There’s no public profile and nothing for your employer to see.

For the happily employed

It reads a job the way a sharp recruiter would. For you.

JobVega’s AI breaks every promising posting into its real requirements and grades each one against your résumé, with a short reason you can check. You never have to ask for it.

  • Specific, not keyword-deep. “Five years of B2B SaaS pricing” isn’t checked off just because your résumé says “pricing.” JobVega looks for that experience, at that depth, in that field.
  • Must-haves and nice-to-haves, kept apart. A missing nice-to-have isn’t a no. A missing must-have usually is. You see which is which.
  • A score, with its reasons. Each analyzed job gets a fit score, and every grade behind it is visible. Nothing is a black box.
  • Done before you look. Some job sites show a quick match rating, but the detailed check of every requirement waits until you click, one job at a time. JobVega does that detailed analysis on its own, for every job that could fit you. It’s done before you open the job, and it decides whether a job reaches your inbox at all.

Know the company, not just the job.

JobVega’s AI researches every employer it watches. The companies with the jobs that fit you best come first, so you can weigh how they work before you apply.

  • How you’d work. Office days and remote hiring, next to every job.
  • What you’d get. Time off, parental leave, equity and vesting, and the 401(k).
  • Where your matches are. See which companies have the most jobs that fit you, and compare them on the facts that matter to you.
  • Lists worth browsing. Remote-first, one office day a week, 20+ days of time off, front-loaded vesting and more.

Your AI assistant is welcome here.

Many job sites lock AI agents out. JobVega lets yours in. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant that supports MCP, and it works with your matches, your analyses and your résumé, for you and only for you.

  • A morning brief with your newest fits. Ask what’s new since yesterday, and get the best new matches with their fit scores, next to your calendar and your inbox.
  • A résumé tailored to one job. Your assistant works from the analysis: what you already show, and the gaps worth addressing. You review every word.
  • Interview prep on the real requirements. Practice on the must-haves the job is graded on, and on your gaps.
How it works with your AI

What changes when the reading is done for you

Less reading. Better applications. Fewer missed chances.

Built for the person looking. Not the people posting.

  • Straight from the source.

Every job comes from the employer’s own careers site. No recycled listings, no lookalike scam copies, and when a role closes, it leaves your list.

  • Ranked by fit, for you.

Your shortlist is ordered by fit. No one can pay to change your scores.

  • Private by design.

No public profile, no “open to work” badge. Your résumé goes to employers or recruiters only if you ask.

  • Every function.

Engineering, yes. Also sales, finance, HR, legal, operations, marketing and design, at tech companies and well beyond.

  • Open to your AI.

Connect your own assistant to your own data. No scraping, no copy and paste.

Why Vega?

For decades, Vega was the star astronomers measured every other star against. JobVega does the same with jobs: every opening, measured against one reference point, your résumé. And the name comes from the Arabic for “the landing eagle.” We liked that too.

Fair questions

All questions
Can I use JobVega with my AI assistant?

Yes, and we want you to. Many job sites block AI agents. JobVega has a connector built on MCP, the open standard AI assistants use to work with apps. Connect your assistant, and it can brief you on new matches, compare jobs, tailor your résumé to one, or help you prepare for an interview, all from your own JobVega data.

Does JobVega apply to jobs for me?

Not today. You decide where to apply, and nothing is sent in your name unless you ask. JobVega never makes up answers on your behalf.

Will my employer find out I’m looking?

No. There’s no public profile and no “open to work” badge. JobVega doesn’t share your résumé or your activity with any employer, including your current one, unless you ask it to.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the closed beta. If that changes afterwards, beta users will hear about it well in advance.

JobVega keeps watch, so you don’t have to.

The closed beta is running, starting in the San Francisco Bay Area. The waitlist for the extended beta opens soon.
